We provide businesses with end-to-end operation-agnostic assessment relating to data protection & governance controls, and help businesses to identify compliance and operation risks. We also advise on data protection for specific projects.
We also play a role in helping businesses to implement comprehensive data governance frameworks, and assisting them in implementing data governance & privacy management programmes.
We also help businesses to monitor their progress in their implementation and update them on the newest developments of regulatory standards.
II. Job Description
Conduct compliance and risk assessment with recognised sources of data protection regulations (e.g. PDPO (HK) and GDPR (EU)), and information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001 and OGCIO Standards and Guidelines).
Advise on and design data governance framework for clients (e.g. policies, standards and guidelines relating to data protection and information security).
Research and contribute to our thought leadership on data protection & governance (e.g. contributing to our Blog, Practice Notes and Insights).
Bachelor Degree majoring in law, risk management or other related areas.
Professional qualification: CIPP, CIPT, CIPM, CISA and ISO 27001 etc.
2-3 years' experience preferably in law or consulting firms.
Solid knowledge of PDPO (HK), GDPR (EU) and other international privacy regulations would be an advantage.
Experience in designing data governance architecture and privacy management programmes.
Strong communication skills with high proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
